By registering or using the Alcyone Secure platform, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are restricted from utilizing the enterprise portal environments.

1. Account Security

Companies are entirely responsible for handling the distribution and life-cycle of standard join codes generated by our platform. Any leakage of platform join codes is solely the liability of the administrative body.

2. Service Modifications & Limits

We maintain the absolute right to throttle GenAI requests if volumetric thresholds exceed acceptable use parameters, disrupting operations globally.

3. Indemnification

Alcyone Secure acts exclusively as an auditing and educational sandbox suite. Passing module checkpoints does not constitute explicit legal certification under the external Indian penal systems.
